BPO skills academy (BSA) is an education services organization accredited with various SETA’s that provides specialist skills development and Job creation programmes nationally. The Institution delivers high impact skills development programmes for the private, public and donor funding environment. BSA was founded in 2015 as a SETA accredited training provider with a fully developed quality management system, processes and deep domain expertise.
We believe that our people are our greatest asset as they have the ability and energy to make things happen. We are a people first organization and uphold our values in all our endeavors. The BSA team are highly qualified and skilled individuals. Our core expertise speaks to skills development, Job creation, project management and funding mobilization.
We have an extensive understanding of the skills development framework, BBBEE codes and incentives linked to youth development. Our primary focus is on delivering fit for purpose skills development programmes that make a meaningful impact in the lives of ours trainees, clients and funders.
